For years, making a difference and seeing people reach their potential has always been my ongoing motivation in every arena. Whether as a Higher Education Professional, Leadership Practitioner, Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, Human-Centered Designer, or Strategic Futurist, believing in people and inviting them into a better story has always been my telos—its aim, purpose, end. My name is Curtis Isozaki, M.A., CF-LSP, your leadership coach, and my passion is to champion leaders who mobilize their organizations to change the world.
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, & LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, I believe in the power of asking strategic questions that lead to inquiry, inspiration, and initiative in the lives of leaders in organizations. I am certified to facilitate assessments including MBTI® Step I & Step II, Strong Interest Inventory®, Enneagram, and CliftonStrengths® to skyrocket organizational employee engagement and performance.

Through our virtual, hybrid, and in-person workshops and coaching experiences, we help you eliminate stagnation, address friction, and solve complex challenges to unleash creativity through various dynamic human-centered strategies.
